When Alaska and I spent an afternoon in September 2024 at a cozy yoga and Pilates studio in Berlin to take some pictures and be creative, we knew that this would very likely be the last real summer weekend of the year. I had brought some clothes and a vintage curtain fabric, and we went with the flow. I wanted to take lots of black-and-white Polaroids, too, so we always switched between Polaroid and 35 mm. There was a wonderful and relaxed atmosphere, almost meditative. The warm sunlight beamed through the windows, casting shadows on the floor. And it was only us at the studio. For me, these pictures are not just beautiful, but they also preserve a precious moment.
