India came to me with the idea to work on a MacBeth-themed shoot last year and we started shaping the idea. We didn’t want to do an ordinary shooting but instead follow a different approach. We wanted to have a workshop situation where the actors can use techniques like Source Tuning and Meisner to figure out their roles. So we set up a closed stage environment, I brought some lights and a fog machine and tried not to disturb India and Tino while documenting what’s happening.
It worked out surprisingly well and was an awesome experience for all of us. For future chapters India and I plan to take the MacBeth project to the next level.
