Sometimes things come together in ways that cannot be planned. Michèle and I have known each other for over 10 years and when we met in Yverdon-les-Bains in Switzerland in April to attend a film festival together, we took advantage of the unique opportunity to shoot some rolls of film capturing her with her baby belly. We were really lucky to experience a summer weekend in Spring, have a beautiful sun-lit hotel room and perfect afternoon light. These are intimate moments and we both were so happy with the results. I tried different angles, played with light and shadow and reflections in glass and a huge mirror. It was special in many ways. Here are some of the pictures we took (also some black-and-white double exposures).
